(CEO)
Mr. Keion Simon is responsible for the operations and decision-making on all aspects of the company business. With his vast knowledge in the construction sector Mr. Simon is the key asset of the company. With his direct input, capabilities, ambition and drive 101 GCSL leads and excel in all its endeavors locally and internationally.
Ms. Kennisha Maxime(General Manager)
Ms. Kennisha Maxime is responsible for the day to day running of the company acting as a pillar of strength and knowledge to all other department heads. She collaborates with the team to provide professional services and assurances to both clients and workers.
Mikhail Eastman
(Project Manager)
Mikhail Eastman brings a wide range of experience and knowledge from working in the construction sector over the last decade. His key input on all projects is an asset to 101 GCSL in essential areas such as Construction Law, Project/Risk Management, Strategic Planning and Civil Engineering. Primary responsibilities include leading the operation and maintenance staff, the daily management and coordination of operations including, Logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labour, safety, environmental and corporate policies and regulations.
Armand Mungal
(Health and Safety Manager)
Armand Mungal is responsible for ensuring that employees follow the health and safety policies of the company and put these into practice. Additionally, he conducts regular inspections and risk assessments, maintaining accident records and training employees on safety issues. He is responsible for investigating accidents and recommending improvements in safety standards. Regular safety assessments are performed which provides data and analysis that are used to foster continuous improvement in health and safety.
