Promote open communication between management and employees, contractors, and/or clients by free discussion of any Health and Safety concerns that may arise.

Encourage our employees, contractors, and clients to use their power of intervention and ensure any intervention reports are addressed promptly.

Promote a culture where all incidents and near misses are openly reported and investigated, corrective actions are taken, and the effectiveness of those actions are verified.

Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as encourage effective Health and Safety practices for our operations.

Engage with our suppliers and contractors to ensure that they understand our Health and Safety expectations and maintain optimum Health and Safety standards.

Provide training and resources for our people to maintain safe systems of work.

Monitor, assess, correct, and report on Health and Safety performance regularly.

Periodically (at least once every three years) review the suitability and effectiveness of this policy, our Health and Safety targets and objectives, and our management systems.

Mikhail Eastman brings a wide range of experience and knowledge from working in the construction sector over the last decade. His key input on all projects is an asset to 101 GCSL in essential areas such as Construction Law, Project/Risk Management, Strategic Planning and Civil Engineering. Primary responsibilities include leading the operation and maintenance staff, the daily management and coordination of operations including, Logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labour, safety, environmental and corporate policies and regulations.
